MOTIVASI KERJA DENGAN KEJADIAN BURNOUT PADA PERAWAT INSTALASI GAWAT DARURAT
Burnout is a state of physical, emotional and mental, which is not good due to the severe employment situation is influenced by work motivation, occur in the long term. Researh objective of this study to determine the relationship between motivation and burnout in nurse working in hospitals IGD RSUD Dr. Iskak Tulungagung regency. This study uses the research analytical approach corelasi cross sectional study. The population sample of 58 respondents and 50 respondents. Variables measured were of work motivation as independent variables, and the dependent variable is the incidence of burnout. Sampling technique, Quota Sampling. Analysis of the data in this study using Analysis Univariate and Bivariate Analysis (Spearment Rho). The result showed no relationship between motivation to burnout in nurses working at IGD hospital Dr. Iskak Tulungagung. Results Spearment Rho 0.000 P<0.05. Thus in this research received H1 and H0 is rejected. There is the relationship between burnout at work motivation with nurses IGD hospital Dr. Iskak Tulungagung. Then hospitals should to maintain motivation in work. This study nurses can work optimally and can improve the quality of care for patients and improve the health of society in general.
