HUBUNGAN ANTARA MOBILISASI DINI DENGAN PENYEMBUHAN LUKA PERINEUM PADA IBU NIFAS

Abstract

Ambulation was inportant to improve the wound healing, and reduce the risk on bed rest complication such as decubity that has impact on longer wound healing. This research objective was determining the correlation between early ambulation with perineum wound healing on post partum in Territory of Ngasem Public Health Care Kediri Regency 2014.


This research design was analytic correlation. The population was all post partum mother in Ngasem Public Health Centre Kediri Regency amount 32 respondents, with total population to get 32 people. The variables were early ambulation and post partum perineum wound healing. The research result was analyzed by spearman rank.


The Early ambulation on post partum in Terrytory of Ngasem Public Health Centre Kediri Regency known most of respondents has enough category amount 18 respondents (56,25%) and wound healing category was normal amount 16 respondents (50%). The data analysis known p-value (0,022) < α (0,05) so there was correlation between early ambulation with perineum wound healing on post partum in Territory of Ngasem Public Health Care Kediri Regency 2014.


The early ambulation would improve the blood distribution, including for nutrition transportation, this condition would improve the wound curing. Base on the research result was suggested to the research location to gve health education and counseling to the post partum abount the impact early mobilitation to reduce the post partum difficulty.
